• Currently, only local shipping within Malaysia is available
• Friends from other countries would need a Malaysian address when purchasing our products
• If you do not have a Malaysian address, please contact us for further assistance regarding the shipping charges and more.

• Delivery Rate

West Malaysia: RM5.50 per kg with RM1.00 per additional Kg.

East Malaysia(Sabah): RM15.00 per kg with RM6.00 per additional 0.5 Kg.

East Malaysia(Sarawak): RM13.00 per kg with RM6.00 per additional 0.5 Kg.

• All parcels are delivered by following courier services: J&T/Line Clear Express
• Adjustments CANNOT be made on any addresses once the order is already in process

• Delivery Time

We try our best to prepare and send out all the orders as soon as possible during working days. We hope that our beloved customers can take note that Masmos2u.com does NOT represent any courier companies. Your parcels may suffer delays that are beyond our control as much as we hope that they arrive safely to you on time. However, be assured that we’re on your side and if anything happens, reach out to us and we will offer our help in any way we can.

Our working days are Monday to Saturday (10am to 7pm), excluding Public Holidays.
